Availability Model

Service availability is global by default, except restricted jurisdictions and provider-unsupported locations.

Availability depends on Transak-supported jurisdictions and other applicable provider/legal restrictions.

Restricted Jurisdictions

Users in sanctioned or restricted jurisdictions may not use the service. This includes OFAC-sanctioned countries and regions, including but not limited to:

• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• Cuba
• Crimea / Donetsk / Luhansk regions

User Legal Compliance Obligation

Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with all laws and regulations applicable to them.

Sanctions and Prohibited Use

Use by sanctioned parties, blocked persons, or for prohibited purposes is not allowed.

UK Promotions Note

No promotions, incentives, or referral bonuses are offered at launch. If promotions are introduced in the future, jurisdiction-specific restrictions (including UK financial promotion constraints) will be applied and documented.
